Russian Rouble (RUB, ₽) is currency of Russia. Its fractional unit is Kopek, 1 RUB = 100 Kopek(s). RUB has replaced the previous Russian Rouble (RUR) on 1998-01-01 (1 RUB = 1000 RUR).
Euro (EUR, €) is the official currency of 17 European Countries - however it is not the official currency of GB, nor Switzerland and Norway. (These three are not even the memebers of the European Union.). Its fractional unit is Cent, 1 EUR = 100 Cent(s). It was first introduced as an accounting currency on 1999-01-01.
